Yes, dues auto-renew annually. You will receive a renewal reminder email 60 days in advance.

Yes. Membership includes individuals residing in the same household, up to six (6) people total, including the Primary Member. Proof of shared residency may be requested. All individuals under 21 must be accompanied by an adult member and are not permitted in the Club after 7:00 PM.

Yes. Individuals under 21 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult member (age 21+) at all times.

Please note:

  • Guests under 21 are not permitted after 7:00 PM.

  • Attendance at events is only permitted if explicitly stated as open to those under 21.

  • Members are responsible for the behavior and supervision of their children while on the premises.

  • The Spa is reserved for members and guests aged 14 and older.

Yes. Members may bring up to two (2) guests at a time and are responsible for ensuring their guests follow the Club’s Code of Conduct. Guests must always be accompanied by a member. You can send daily guest passes through the Vine Club Member Portal by clicking on "Guest Passes".

No. Guests must always be accompanied by a member while on club premises or at Club events. However, our fine dining restaurant, The V, is open to the public.

Dining reservations for The V can be made through the Member Portal under “Amenities.” VIP Members may also text the concierge number directly.

Cabanas can be reserved in the Member Portal under “Amenities” → “The Cabanas.” Cabanas are the only club amenity where members may host up to 10 guests, making them ideal for casual gatherings or special celebrations.

Please note: A food and beverage minimum may apply during peak season and special events.

Spa services, including massage appointments, can be booked in the Member Portal under “Spa.”

Our event calendar includes wine tastings, cooking classes, yoga by the pool, Kentucky game day watch parties, game nights, Keeneland brunches, and more.

The Vine offers a variety of flexible, beautifully designed event spaces to suit your special occasion.
Members enjoy priority booking and receive complimentary access to event spaces as part of their membership. Please note that food and beverage minimums, service charges, and applicable taxes may apply.

You can upgrade your membership at any time as long as we can accommodate additional VIP memberships at that time. To request an upgrade, email membership@thevinelex.com.

No, there is no minimum monthly spend required. We believe in offering flexibility and freedom to enjoy the club in a way that suits your lifestyle. While there’s no required spending threshold, we do encourage members to make the most of their experience — whether that’s dining with friends, booking a spa service, attending an event, or simply enjoying time on the rooftop. The more you engage, the more value you’ll find in your membership.

We do not offer the option to pause memberships. We are committed to maintaining a consistent and vibrant community experience for all members year-round. While we understand that travel or personal commitments may arise, our membership model is designed to support ongoing engagement and access to club offerings.

Please email memberships@thevinelex.com. Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to your annual renewal date. Once processed, membership fees are non-refundable, unless cancellation occurs before renewal.
